Udang Pacri Nanas is sauteed shrimp in a spiced pineapple puree. This popular fusion dish was served at our June 9, 2015 pop up at KO Pies in the Shipyard.

We are super excited for this one! We will be holding a pop up on Aug. 4 at The Honey Paw in Portland, Maine, collaborating with its great chef (and Indonesian food lover) Thomas Pisha-Duffly.
